oxblogger Gingermoods He had an Oxford tracksuit on and one of those little washbags footballers carry around, from there it was a process of elimination.
Gingermoods oxblogger I think I saw Rob Atkinson at a petrol station once but I was never quite sure what he looked like. Or if he was old enough to drive.
oxblogger Gingermoods It was in his first season, so it was bad times. I also once saw him in Waitrose choosing yoghurt. It took ages.
brinyhoof oxblogger probably got distracted by seeing Corners and started devising the ‘Dunkley ghosting in’ tactic.
SiHath When MApp lived in Thame saw him a few times in Waitrose. Also in the gym. As was said at the time "he used the weights machine, I used the vending machine" He was always friendly. Gorrin in Waitrose as well. No paella or Estrella in his basket.
JonnyBiscuits Just remembered I bumped into Ryan Clark at the petrol station at the Milton Interchange. This was when he was playing for Bath City.
JonnyBiscuits brinyhoof He's quit his job at Get Support IT so I'm guessing it's full time and permanent. He told me he was enjoying that job but really wanted to get back into football. I'm over the moon for him. He's such a nice bloke and he loves the club so much.
oxblogger JonnyBiscuits It's quite a move; I imagine a few of the local kids will have grown up when he was in his pomp. So he's a playing legend but down to earth, understands the ups and downs of the game and the benefits of working hard etc.
JonnyBiscuits oxblogger I imagine his post-foptball experiences will be a benefit to them too. He's spoken a lot about his lack of awareness and therefore preparation for what things would be like after he retired, so hopefully he'll help them all mentally prepare for that stage of their lives.
