I won’t be going to either semi-final but hope to get to Wembley if we get there, family illness allowing.
As for a fair system, STs first definitely although I’m not sure about them being able to pick up an extra ticket (if I read that correctly), followed by members. At whatever point it gets over-subscribed just hold a ballot. There will be fans who can’t make games for family or work reasons, not really fair to exclude them on those grounds.
An application/ballot process can take time, which the playoffs don’t necessarily provide.
