Was on a stag do in Nottingham and we went to see Notts County v Salford. Jodi Jones was my MotM - played at wing back, weirdly. Started on the right and was a bit hamstrung, but still looked like the most talented man on the pitch. Played left wing back in the second half and was much better… Massive Josh Murphy vibes… Every time he got it, he looked like he was gonna make something happen… and yet they hardly ever used him.
Conor McEleny scored for Salford and looked good.
The County central midfielder and goal scorer was Dan Crowley who I think we had on loan for a while - he bossed the middle of the park exceptionally well.
Other than that county looked a lot like us. Controlled possession without doing much with it and then conceding weak and slippy goals.
