Another moan about poor comms:

With ST renewals, we were told that it would entitle us to a 10% discount in the club shop. With the reintroduction of U’s Cash, this has been replaced with the 10% Cashback.

It’s a minor point, but a discount is not the same as Cashback, as the latter requires you to make another purchase to benefit. But, again, this was not communicated at all well.

Welcome Packs

There is a small delay to Season Ticket holder Welcome Packs. The packs, filled with exclusive merchandise only available to Season Ticket holders, were due to arrive in September. Due to shipping delays, we now expect them to arrive in October.

“Due to shipping delays” - that’s an absolute masterclass in vague sentiment - I’m actually really impressed with that.. Could mean a billion different things, including: we forgot to put them in the post. Word gymnastics of the highest order.
