Another moan about poor comms:
With ST renewals, we were told that it would entitle us to a 10% discount in the club shop. With the reintroduction of U’s Cash, this has been replaced with the 10% Cashback.
It’s a minor point, but a discount is not the same as Cashback, as the latter requires you to make another purchase to benefit. But, again, this was not communicated at all well.
