We’re gonna need to nail this, we’ve got a lot of these coming up.

Norwich (h): table booked for breakfast at Frankie and Benny’s hoping that will be sizeable enough to see us through to FT.

A ruinously expensive and unhealthy and ultimately probably disappointing tactic. Not a long term game.

What’s everyone’s plan?

JonnyBiscuits I’m on holiday in Cornwall, so had to watch that on the TV. I don’t think I’ve ever been so gutted to not be at a game. It was not just a great result, but a great performance too. What makes it even sweeter was that it was against a team that the majority would think of as genuine promotion contenders. So, so happy with that!

TrevorAylottsHeadband Did the atmosphere and sense of occasion come across on TV? Did you watch on Sky or OUTV?

JonnyBiscuits I think it did, and I watched it on Sky. IMHO, they captured the sense of occasion pretty well, and were very complimentary about our performance. And I mean that in the sense of focussing on how well we played, rather than how poor Norwich were.

brinyhoof Darren was indeed there. I was sat just behind the home dugout and the only time I saw him was when he came over to shake Des’ hand at the final whistle. Throughout the game, it was the assistant manager in the technical area. Odd.

Absolutely devastated with that. Clearly Cov were the better side (which of course they should be) but we’d done enough to earn a point. Can’t believe we shot ourselves in the foot like that.

Don’t even really wanna hear all the “realities of the Championship” stuff about that goal; it’d be a stupid thing to do against Accrington too.
